These were bought as a Christmas gift from my nephew to hand to family members on Christmas day. Everybody loves that they was personalised.The sweetest gift. Had an issue with delivery as it was on the run up to Christmas but had excellent customer service, so helpful with everything and couldn't apologise enough even though it was an issue with the carrier and not them. Will definitely be buying from Catsi Creative again.
